Are Tarot Cards real and are they dangerous?
My mum has been to a tarot card reader for 20 years now and she has predicted everything right about what is going to happen in the future, honestly everything she has said has happened, even things which were very unlikely to happen. She has guessed the sex of all my mums children and the months they would be born etc…
So are they real? I do believe in them, i think just because of my mums experiance but what does everyone else think. And has anyone else been to a really good tarot card reader?

Can the cards be dangerous too?

Thank you :)

Yes, they exist…and no, they’re nothing more than superstitious garbage.

Yeah they can give you paper cuts

There’s no such thing as the supernatural; anyone who claims to have tapped into it is either trying to deceive you, or is deceiving himself (or herself.) Sorry.

Yes, tarot cards do exist. I have a deck myself. They are in this sense very real.

However, their ability to foretell the future is not. They are not dangerous unless you sharpen the edges and flick them as weapons.

Do you believe in tarot cards from the store?
Ive been playing with the cards, wanted to know if you believe in them or not?

Answer by Jesus Anti-christ V
i believe they exist cause i have seen them, though not that they are magic

speaking of magic cards buying a magic set is a good way to win money in poker since the cards are marked for card tricks

satan/demons try this. satan/demons have been around since the beginning so they know much about family, friends and others. Psychics use demons to tell them things like this. A demon will tell them to tell you something like this: ‘your mom will call you in two days’. And then to make this happen demons go to your mom’s house in two days and whisper until she calls you. Demons just manipulated your mom to call you, but you think the psychic is something. Well they are evil and use evil to do and/or influence things to keep you from God.
Do not invite evil into your life or that of others.

No, I think they’re a bit like DIY horoscopes in that you make the interpretation fit. It might be useful in helping you to choose a course of action or make a decision, a bit like flipping a coin.

They’re just cards they don’t do anything.

I’m not really familiar with them, so I would have to say no I guess not

no not at all. They are a load of rubbish. Its all chance and won’t be a prediction of your future. The best thing is not to get involved with them, anything like that is a huge conn.

well I don’t really believe in them , but i am experienced with them, but they are suppose to gain strength over time from reading other peoples spread,….and you have to keep them wrapped up in a hankerchief size material, (may be more info on that part ) but if I remember correctly you have to bury them in a cemetary over night or a few days I think.

Many people believe in Tarot Cards, Oracle Cards as well as other forms of divination. I personally find all forms of card reading, palm reading and all forms of divination fascinating but anyone giving you a reading should make clear to you to treat it as entertainment. Card reading has help me over the years and the readings I have received has always been accurate and informative. But its really down to individual choice, but I feel anyone can gain something from a reading

Yes, they really exist. You can buy them. A box of Tarot cards is about the same size as a box of playing cards.

Dangerous? I guess you could get a paper cut from new ones. Or somebody could throw them at you while they’re in the box, that might hurt.

  2. Elijah Truth says

Very dangerous, death is satan, literally a spirit that is unseen by most all people, but when you invite it in your home, if of God He pulls back from you {{Deut:28th chapter}} and death begins its secret attack upon you and your family…for proof that death/satan/allah has been located by Gods science and His code/keys given for His now end of sickness and Yes death/satan rev:21:4 go google Adam and Eve seed gathering medical ministry and on the about page and services page are images of allah/satan/death …it has BEGUN…

If their power is real then that proves there is a God. If there is power in witchcraft that comes from the devil then there has to be a God. If there is evil then there is good.

  4. Felicia says

Yes, tarot cards and fortune telling are dangerous and demonic. When she starts doing now stuff, you go into a silent place in your house and pray and begin to plead the Blood Of Jesus in the house. Ask God to deliver her from that and tell the devil to break away from her in the name of Jesus and go to the pitts of hell where it came from. Keep praying for God to deliver her.

Yes, they do exist and give very real insights, no matter which confession or belief system you believe in. Approach them with peace in your heart, not with fear. They can be a tremendous tool of self-transformation.

  6. Jeannie says

The idea that tarot cards are dangerous or have anything to do with “the devil” is absurd. That is superstitious nonsense. Cards are just pictures and symbols. Symbols have no meaning except what we give them. People who apply their superstitious ideas to tarot cards are simply ignorant and should educate themselves.

“It’s all about games. Mankind has forever been drawn to the playing of games. Games of chance, games of skill and gambling. Tarot cards evolved from ancient playing cards and they differ from standard playing cards only in the fact that more cards were added to a deck of regular playing cards. The added cards were the trumps known as “trionfi” which means triumps. Also added were four queens and the fool.”

Playing cards have been used for divination long before the first Tarot card deck was created, and the game of tarot is still played as a game of chance just like any other card game. It was the French who first popularized the use of Tarot cards for divination, but cards have always been used for that.

No, a deck of cards are not dangerous. I can’t even get a “paper cut” with them.

  7. Don says

It is no secret that tarot cards just as the I Ching open the door of divination which is the calling up of evil spirits. Don’t mess with either.

  8. Archer says

One can purchase cards or have them given as a gift. One can also inherit from another reader. I have had the luck and sorrow of the last two.
To answer your question I do believe in the ability to be aware. I do believe there are material objects that can enhance that awareness.
There are those who think that one can not control what energy you are tapping into, that cards are an open door. Well they are not for the knowledgeable..
The cards themselves have no power. It is the reader who has the ability and the cards simply assist in focusing that ability.
Stating that they are a guiding device is correct. No one knows the future and any one who says they do is a fraud.
Tarot simply assist you in seeing that which you may not consciously be aware of. Trends or decisions you have established or made that is all. Change a thought and you change the future.
    Think about it!

  9. Scarlet MacBlu says

I think it’s funny that you put “from the store” in your question. There are very few other methods of obtaining tarot decks other than from a store… most people obtain their decks from brick-and-morter stores or online stores. Some received them as gifts (probably originally purchased in a store) and very few people make them themselves.

I do believe they exist. I have about a dozen decks and can hold them in my hand.. yes, they exist.

What else do you mean by “believe in them”? What are you asking? If I believe they have magickal powers? No, they don’t. They’re tools that can be used for a number of things. Some psychics try to use them to predict the future… I’m not all that sure I believe in that, but I’m not all that sure they can’t either.

I use them for divination, analysis and magick, myself, but they don’t possess any inherent magickal properties… they’re tools just like any other.
