How do “the clow” tarot cards work?
I got a set of “the clow” tarot cards and I want to know the meanings of the cards and how I use them. Any help???

Answer by Dave P
You can Google it if you want an official answer but that will not be any more valid than if you decided on your own what the cards “mean”. Tarot is just a way of tapping into your own subconscious, nothing more.

There are many books on meanings of cards. When I was learning, I used several different books and found that I got different insights from each one.

There are also books that you teach you how to do Tarot readings. Personally I suggest taking a class. Most New Age bookstores have them or know where to find one. They give you hands on experience and you can practice with other students.

If your mom says no, and you are young enough for that to matter, what makes you think we could be of any help?
If she ever says yes, well then I could help you with that.

  2. Jen M says

Buy them without her knowing. Save money and get them at a bookstore or something.. they’re not that expensive.. I got mine at Border’s Books when I was in my late teens, I’m pretty sure she still has no idea I own them. Even if she did know, I’m an adult now and she wouldn’t care. Easy breezy..

  3. Jeancommunicates says

Stay away from evil. Flee from it. Being caught up with evil spirits or under their influence is not a good thing, but something that will destroy you.

“Oh, but it’s sooo unfair. Everyone else has them”

For goodness sake! Are you even old enough to be on here? (13) If you “need” them that badly, get a job or save up you allowance. Besides which, sad to say, your mom is right. You don’t know how to read them and you would scare the crap out of yourself. Go to a professional reader and waste your money there.

  5. Sally says

I know people who have bought cards and have been led into something that caused great problems for them. The trouble is there is an element of what appears to be success in readings and then you get more and more enthusiastic about telling people’s fortunes. You then lead them on to the wrong track and not all people can deal with this dangerous game, except its not a game you are dealing with its the occult (dark hidden things). Be warned, your mother is right
